Generator: your first EU source
Fuel selection, EU transfer and basic grid verification.
EU, ingredients and outputs need to be tested on KRAYMO, not taken from outdated versions.

What to do
Open the GUI, insert fuel accepted by the installed build and connect one machine over a short cable. Repeat with storage and observe the charge level.
Success criteria
The machine receives power and finishes a cycle; spare output charges storage when there is a surplus.
If the test fails
First verify that fuel is accepted and energy can leave the generator. Never infer EU/t from an older IC2 wiki.
Exact values require the same IC2 Classic version, server configuration and datapacks.

- Place accepted fuel in the generator. Connect one machine only, without a long cable run, and check its power state.
- Fuel is consumed and the machine receives EU and completes one operation.
- Check accepted fuel, generation state and cable connection.
